Platform revenue and payouts (fiscal 2023 to 2025)

OnlyFans is operated by Fenix International Ltd., a UK company whose fiscal year ends on 30 November. Its accounts for fiscal 2025 (the year to 30 November 2025) were reported in August 2026: net platform revenue of about $1.6 billion, up 10%, and pre-tax profit of $715 million, up 5%, with 47 employees. OnlyFans itself said that $6.3 billion was paid to creators in that year and that creators have received more than $30 billion since the platform launched in 2016. Net revenue plus creator payouts puts fan spending in fiscal 2025 at roughly $7.9 billion; the Financial Times reported it as about $7.8 billion.

The year before, fiscal 2024, fans spent $7.2 billion on the platform (up 9% from $6.63 billion in 2023), of which about $5.76 billion went to creators. Net revenue was $1.41 billion and pre-tax profit $684 million. The split is the same every year: the platform keeps 20% of every transaction and pays creators 80%.

Millionaire creators and ten-year totals

On its tenth anniversary, 25 August 2026, OnlyFans said that 5,076 creators have earned at least $1 million on the platform since 2016, and that total creator payouts have passed $30 billion. Against 4.6 million creator accounts, the seven-figure group is about 0.1% of accounts. OnlyFans also said it has paid more than £600 million in UK corporate tax since 2016.

Who owns OnlyFans (2026)

Fenix International was owned by Leonid Radvinsky, who died in 2026 at 43; the fiscal 2025 accounts show he received more than $700 million in dividends before his death, and the company is now controlled by a family trust led by his widow, Katie Chudnovsky. In April 2026 Architect Capital bought a 16% stake for $535 million, which valued the company at about $3.2 billion. Keily Blair is the chief executive.

Creator and fan account growth

Registered accounts are not active accounts. Reporting on the fiscal 2025 filings puts active creators at about 2.5 million and active fan accounts at about 132 million (Tubefilter, August 2026); the registered totals in the table above are the cumulative figures the company reports each year.

The competitive takeaway inside those numbers: fan accounts grew ~24% in 2024, creator accounts ~12% — demand is still outgrowing supply, but with 4.6 million creators, discoverability is the binding constraint. OnlyFans has no internal discovery feed, which is why traffic and conversion operations decide outcomes more than content volume does.

How much creators actually earn

The distribution is brutally top-heavy, and any honest statistics page has to say so: the mean works out to about $1,250 a year per creator account ($5.76 billion across 4.6 million accounts), the bottom half of accounts earn less than $100 per month, and the top 1% of creators collect roughly a third of all creator earnings. Averages on this platform describe almost nobody: the realistic question is not “what does the average creator make” but “what separates the top decile from the rest.”
