Our terms in writing
Here are our terms, one per line. Each one has its own link (the # after it), so you can point to or quote a single term. The detailed rows are below.
- Commission on net, never gross. One rate between 25% and 55% of what the platform pays you after its own 20% cut, set in writing on the discovery call before anything is signed. Chat-only costs 25–30% after platform fees, usually on message and tip earnings and not on subscription earnings. #
- No upfront or monthly fees. There’s no setup fee, retainer or fixed monthly cost. The commission covers advertising, chatters, editing and the software we use, and none of it gets billed on top. #
- No minimum term, no exit fee. Give us notice, and management ends within 48 hours of getting it. The exit clause is in the agreement you read before signing. #
- No commission after the end. We settle the commission earned while we managed you, and nothing after that. There’s no trailing percentage and no cut of anything you earn once we’ve stopped working together. #
- Payouts go to your own account. The platform pays straight into your own bank account. The money never passes through us. #
- One invoice a month, after you’re paid. We invoice once a month, after the platform has paid you, and only on what it actually paid out. #
- Refunds and chargebacks come off first. We deduct them before calculating commission. If one lands after our invoice, we credit it on the next one. #
- Weekly report and weekly call. Every managed account gets an itemized revenue report every week, plus a weekly call with the account manager. #
- Your account, your login, your content. You keep your login and account ownership at all times. We only use your content to promote your own page while we manage it, and that right ends when we stop working together. #
- Sample contract before the first call. This is the agreement we actually sign, with the rate, the date and the names left blank. We send it as a PDF within one business day, and you don’t need to apply first.

- Jonathan F. founded the agency and runs it. He reads every application himself, sets the commission range and exit terms published here, and you can reach him directly at management@on-studios.com if something goes wrong on an account. - The agency works in English and German. We currently manage creators from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and reports and calls are available in German on request. English-speaking fans get English-speaking chatters, and German-speaking fans get German-speaking chatters. The site and creator support are in English and German (/de).
Money
- Commission range
- 25% to 55% of your earnings after platform fees, depending on which services you need and where your account is starting from.
- What “net” means here
- What the platform pays out to you after its own 20% cut. We never charge commission on your gross.
- Chat-only option
- Chat coverage without full management starts at around 25%. Details are on /services.
- Upfront fees
- None. No setup fee, no retainer, no minimum term.
- Refunds and chargebacks
- Deducted before commission. We only charge commission on what the platform actually paid out. A refund or chargeback shrinks that base, and if one lands after our invoice, we credit it on the next one.

- Where payouts go
- Straight from the platform to the creator’s own bank account. The money never passes through the agency.
- When we invoice
- Once a month, after the platform has paid you. We only charge commission on what was actually paid out. Refunds and chargebacks shrink the base, and late ones get credited on the next invoice.
- Commission after you leave
- None on anything you earn after we stop working together. We still settle commission earned while we managed you, but nothing beyond that. There’s no trailing percentage and no cut after the contract ends.
- Commission on fans you already had
- Decided case by case and written into the agreement before you sign. There’s no blanket rule. If an agency won’t put this one in writing, you have your answer.
- Expenses on top of commission
- None. The commission covers advertising, chatters, editing and the software we use, and we never bill you for them on top.
- When the number is fixed
- On the discovery call, in writing, before anything is signed. The exact percentage goes in the agreement, and we never give it to you only verbally.
Control
- Login
- The creator keeps their own login and account ownership at all times.
- Who has access
- One account manager plus a chat team of three to four working in shifts. We tell you who they are during onboarding. You get a weekly report and a weekly call.
- Approval
- You sign off on the boundaries doc and the strategy, and day-to-day work runs inside them. Anything you want to see first goes on your “comes to you” list.
- During the term
- No second agency or manager on the same accounts, and you check with your manager before changing prices, sending mass messages or opening new platforms. There are no other restrictions.
- Boundaries
- The creator sets hard limits for chat and content direction and can change them at any time. Every conversation stays inside them.
- Leaving
- No long-term lock-in. Just give us notice. Management ends within 48 hours of getting it, and your account and content stay yours. The exit clause is in the agreement you read before signing, and the process is laid out in the guide to leaving an agency.
- What we may do with your content
- Use it to promote your own page while we manage it, and nothing else. That right ends when we stop working together. Anonymized dashboard figures can stay up as a case study, like the ones on /results, with no name, no face and only if the creator agrees.
- Privacy
- Nothing gets published when you apply. The creators shown on /results are anonymous because they asked to be.
