Where the money is: the “Messages” line
Two unedited dashboards from creators we manage, published with their agreement. In both, look at the “Messages” row against the total. That is the part of the business a chat team runs.

Price and contract, in short
Commission

Upfront
Nothing. No setup fee, no fixed monthly cost. Commission applies only to what the inbox actually earns.
Term
No minimum term. Give notice and coverage ends within 48 hours, with no commission on anything after that.
Access
Login and two-factor stay with you. The platform pays you directly; we invoice once a month afterwards.

Who this is for
Creators who already bring in their own traffic, usually from about $3k a month, and want the inbox to earn what that traffic deserves. If subscribers are not arriving yet, a chat team has nobody to sell to. That situation needs full management, where chatting, marketing and pricing run as one system.
Common questions
How much does chat-only cost?
Chat-only costs 25–30% commission after platform fees. Where you land in that range depends on what’s included, and the rate and what it’s calculated on are set in writing before you sign. The usual basis is message and tip earnings, with subscriptions left out. There is no setup fee and no fixed monthly cost.
Will fans notice it isn’t me?
Not if the setup is done properly. Your voice is documented with real examples before the first message, one consistent tone is enforced per account, and context is handed over between shifts. You decide in writing what the team may never discuss or offer.
Who keeps the login and the payouts?
You do. The platform pays you directly into your own account, your login and two-factor stay with you, and we invoice our commission afterwards, once a month, on what was actually paid out.
Can I leave, and can I switch to full management later?
Both. Give notice and coverage ends within 48 hours, with no commission on anything you earn after that. If you later want promotion and content planning handled too, chat-only can become full management under one commission.
What if I am not at $3k a month yet?
Apply anyway. If the inbox is not the bottleneck yet, we say so and point you to full management, or tell you to wait. A manager replies within 4 hours either way.
