A creator-founded agency is not a marketing line, or at least it does not have to be. Someone who has run the account themselves understands things that are hard to explain from the outside: what it costs to shoot when you do not feel like it, why a boundary is not negotiable, how it feels to have your income depend on a platform policy you did not vote on. That understanding is real and it is worth paying for.
What it does not automatically bring is operational depth.
