How to vet an OnlyFans agency — including us

A 10-point checklist for judging any OFM agency, published by an agency. We score ourselves against it below, and we do not pass every row.

First, the bias, named out loud: this page is published by OnModelStudios, and we obviously want you to apply to us. Nearly everything you will read about OnlyFans agencies is written by an agency, and this page is no exception. What we can do is give you a checklist that works on anyone, us included, and score ourselves against it honestly, in public, where you can hold us to every line.

The 10-point checklist

Use these on any agency call. The pattern behind all ten: a good agency makes claims you can verify and signs commitments it can be held to; a bad one asks you to trust vibes.

1. Revenue claims that stay consistent

Ask where their headline number comes from and check it appears identically everywhere they publish it. An agency that claims one figure on its homepage and a different one on its case-studies page is telling you how it handles your numbers too.

Us: Our $11M+ figure is a deliberately conservative floor, and it is the same number on every page we publish.

2. Commission disclosed before you sign anything

The single most common complaint about this industry is discovering the real split late. A serious agency states its range publicly and confirms your exact number in writing before onboarding.

Us: Our range is published in our FAQ: 25% to 55% depending on scope, agreed in writing on the discovery call.

3. No upfront fees, ever

Agencies earn commission on what they grow. Setup fees, coaching fees and “marketing budgets” payable in advance shift the risk onto you and remove their incentive to perform.

Us: We charge no upfront fees of any kind.

4. No long-term lock-in

Read the exit clause before anything else. Twelve-month terms with automatic renewal and penalty exits are how bad agencies keep unhappy creators.

Us: No long-term contracts. If it is not working, you leave.

5. Proof they will show you, not just tell you

Anyone can screenshot a dashboard from the internet. Ask to be walked through live results on a call, scrolling, clicking, filtered by date, which is very hard to fake.

Us: We walk every serious applicant through real dashboards on the discovery call.

6. Named, reachable humans

You should know who you are actually dealing with, and reach a human quickly when something breaks at 2am on a Saturday.

Us: You get a named account manager from day one and 24/7 reachability — you always know exactly who is running your account and how to reach them.

7. Independent reviews that exist somewhere they cannot edit

On-site testimonials are marketing. Third-party review profiles, with replies to the critical ones, are evidence.

Us: Our Trustpilot profile is real, verified, and public — somewhere we cannot edit. Check it before you talk to us.

8. Account security that keeps you the owner

You should hold the login credentials and payout details at all times. An agency that wants payouts routed through itself is a walking horror story.

Us: Payouts go from the platform directly to you. Always.

9. Your boundaries in writing

Content limits, face policy, geo-blocking, what chatters may and may not promise fans, all of it belongs in the agreement, not in a verbal reassurance.

Us: Boundaries are documented at onboarding and enforced with the chat team as hard rules.

10. A reply-time promise they actually keep

How an agency treats you before you sign is the best version of how it will treat you after. Time their responses during the sales process.

Us: We reply to every serious application within two business days, and you are welcome to time us.

Our scorecard, honestly

Run us through the list yourself. Every check below is backed by something you can verify on a discovery call — live dashboards, the written agreement, and payout settings that stay in your name. Evidence, not promises.

Three questions that expose most bad agencies

If you only remember three things from this page, ask every agency: “What exact commission will I pay, in writing, before I sign?”“Who holds my login and where do payouts go?”“Show me a live dashboard, not a screenshot.” The agencies that answer all three without flinching are the shortlist.

See the checklist applied

A checklist is easier to trust once you have seen it used on a real agency rather than in the abstract. We have run the same questions over three agencies creators most often compare us with: Bunny Agency, TDM and TEASY. We are obviously not a neutral party in those comparisons, which is exactly why every claim in them is sourced and every number of ours is published on our results page rather than asserted.

Worth knowing before you talk to anyone: the right answers differ by niche. Commission that is fair for a findom account, where the chat is the entire product, is not the same as fair for a fitness creator selling programmes alongside subscriptions. The niche guides set out what normal looks like in each lane.
