A management team that treats your page like a business
OnModelStudios exists because most creators lose money to two things: unanswered messages and guesswork. We fix both.
We founded OnModelStudios in 2021 after watching talented creators burn out doing five jobs at once: model, marketer, chatter, analyst, and accountant. Our team takes the last four off your plate. Chatters cover your DMs around the clock in your voice, marketers keep new fans arriving, and your manager sends you an itemized report every week that shows exactly where every dollar came from.
Founded December 2021 — read the full timelineWe stay deliberately smaller than the mega-agencies. Every creator on the roster gets a dedicated manager who actually knows their account, not a ticket queue. That is also why we do not accept every application: if we cannot see a clear path to growing your numbers, we will tell you so on the call.
The principles we run on
Creators own everything
Your account, your content, your identity. We manage; we never take ownership, and you can verify every number inside your own platform login.
Boundaries are contracts
The limits you set for chat and content are written down at onboarding and enforced with every chatter, every shift. Adjusting them takes one message from you.
Numbers over vibes
Every pricing, promo, and content decision is argued from your account data. If we cannot explain a recommendation with numbers, we do not make it.
Earn the renewal
No long-term lock-ins. We keep creators by performing month after month, which keeps the pressure exactly where it belongs: on us.

The agency in numbers
Six figures worth of claims are easy to write. These are the ones we can point at a page for.
The dashboard screenshots behind the revenue figures are on the results page, and the year-by-year version of the history is in our story.
Who actually works on your account
Management is a staffing question before it is a strategy question. Around thirty-five people work at OnModelStudios, spread deliberately across European and Philippine time zones — which is what makes round-the-clock coverage a scheduling fact rather than a promise. Four roles touch a single account, and each one hands something concrete to the next.

Your account manager
One named person who knows your account, not a ticket queue. They own the weekly report and every decision behind it, and they are who you message when you want something changed.

The chat team
Trained chatters cover the inbox in shifts, writing in your voice and inside the boundaries you wrote down at onboarding. Every shift leaves a hand-off note so the next chatter picks the conversation up mid-thread instead of restarting it.
Hands over · revenue, and a written record of every conversation
Marketing
A posting calendar across the free platforms you already use, promo pushes timed around content you are actually shooting, and every new subscriber tagged by the channel that brought them.
Hands over · subscribers, labelled by where they came from
Scheduling and quality
The backend manager builds the shift plan, reads transcripts for voice consistency and boundary compliance, and runs the weekly review. This is the role that keeps the other three honest.
Hands over · the shift plan, and the review that catches drift
The full role descriptions, including what each one is measured on, are public on our careers page — we hire against the same standards we describe here.
How a week actually runs
Agencies tend to describe what they do; almost none describe when. This is the rhythm every managed account runs on, from day one.
Every day
The inbox is covered around the clock. Every shift change produces a written hand-off. Anything that sits outside your written boundaries is escalated to your manager rather than improvised by a chatter at 3am.
Every week
One itemized report: revenue by source, spend, churn, what we tried and what we are trying next. A quality review of chat transcripts. The content calendar for the week ahead, built around what you can realistically shoot.
Every month
The view zooms out. Month against previous month, pricing and PPV structure adjusted where the data argues for it, the funnel reviewed by traffic source, and a check-in on boundaries and content direction with you.
Week one looks different — the process page walks through onboarding day by day, and services covers what is inside the commission and what is not.
Who can apply, and what decides it
Anyone can apply. There is no income minimum and no follower minimum, and a page that does not exist yet is a normal starting point. What differs is the odds, and we would rather be straight about that here than after a call.
No minimum to apply
We do not screen applications by revenue. Small accounts and brand-new pages get read the same way as everything else, and we will tell you what we would fix first even when the answer is no. If you want to sanity-check the economics for yourself before applying, the commission calculator does it without asking for your email.
An existing audience makes an offer more likely
We take on a limited number of creators, and the ones most likely to be offered a spot are those who already have an audience somewhere — on OnlyFans, or on a free platform that feeds it. That is not a judgement about anyone’s potential. It is simply where a team of chatters and marketers adds the most from week one, which is why our offer is built around accounts already earning around $3k a month or more. Being below that, or without an audience yet, is not a rejection.
Live and cam businesses are the wrong fit
That is a different operation with different staffing, and we would be worse at it than the people who specialise in it. We manage subscription pages, messaging and content — not live shifts.
Anyone who wants a guaranteed number
We do not sell one, and an agency that does is selling you something it cannot control. What we publish instead are real dashboards with the dates and the context attached, on the results page.
When the answer is no we usually still tell you what we would fix first. The standards to hold us — and any other agency — to are in the agency vetting guide.
Who runs it
There is no holding company behind OnModelStudios and no investor. It was founded in December 2021 by Jonathan F., and he has run it since.
Three things sit with him rather than with a department. Every application is read by him — there is no recruiter screening them first. The terms published on this site are his decision: the commission range, the 48-hour exit, who keeps the login and who owns the content. And when something goes wrong on an account, management@on-studios.com reaches him directly rather than a support queue.
The reason for putting this on the page: an agency that names nobody is an agency nobody can hold to anything. Every term here is one person’s decision, and that person answers for it.
A first name and an initial, not a full legal name — and that is deliberate. This industry follows people around afterwards, which is true for whoever runs an agency as much as for the creators on it. The accountability a surname would carry sits with the company instead: ON INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LLC is registered in Florida, with its address, registration and contact details below. How the writing on this site is produced and checked is set out in the editorial policy.
