OnlyFans agency ROI calculator
One number decides whether management is worth it: what a commission dollar returns in extra cash and reclaimed time. Move the sliders and find your break-even.
Typical starting points — your exact rate is individual, based on scope and the size of your account, and agreed in writing before anything starts.
The platform keeps 20% of gross in both scenarios. Commission is charged on net platform earnings. Uplift is your assumption; the honest way to use this tool is to try a pessimistic one.
Value returned per $1 of commission
$1.39
cash uplift + time value, per commission dollar
Commission paid
$8,000
per month
Extra cash
+$1,600
vs. staying solo
Time value
+$1,500
hours back × your rate
At these numbers, management returns more than it costs. Drop the uplift slider until it stops — that is the break-even assumption you are actually betting on.
How to read the result
Anything above $1.00 means a commission dollar buys more than a dollar of value, in cash uplift plus the market value of the hours you stop spending on messages and promo. Anything below $1.00 means, at your assumptions, an agency is the wrong trade, and we would rather you know that before a sales call than after. The number everything hinges on is the uplift assumption, which is why our own pitch is simple: on a discovery call we justify an uplift figure for your specific account, with dashboard evidence, and you can put that exact number into this slider.
Why a year looks different from a month
A twelve-month view changes the answer more than creators expect. In a single month, a commission is a straight subtraction from what you already earn. Over a year, the same commission is buying compounding: an account that is 60% larger in month four is still 60% larger in month twelve, and every one of those months pays the difference again. That is why an arrangement that looks expensive in month one can be clearly profitable by month five and obviously profitable by month nine.
The ramp-up assumption is where honest and dishonest projections separate. Nothing works from day one. Setup, profile and pricing changes, testing new content angles and building the message segments all take weeks before they show up in revenue, and the first month is often flat or slightly down while things are rebuilt. A model that pays full uplift from week one will always flatter the agency. This one lets you push the ramp out, and you should.
What the annual figure still cannot tell you is whether the uplift you typed is achievable on your account. Nobody can tell you that from a slider. It depends on your current traffic, how much of your revenue already comes from messaging, how much content you can realistically produce, and how far your pricing is from where it should be. That is the conversation a discovery call is for, and it should end with a number someone is willing to put in writing.
Common questions
Is an OnlyFans agency worth the commission?
It is worth it when the growth clears the break-even line — commission divided by one hundred minus commission — and stays there. At a 50% commission that means doubling revenue. Below that line you are buying back time rather than making money, which can still be a fair trade if the hours matter more to you than the difference.
How long before an agency shows a return?
Realistically four to eight weeks before revenue moves, because the first phase is setup, pricing changes and rebuilding the message segments. Anyone promising results in the first fortnight is describing marketing, not operations.
What should I put in the uplift slider?
If you have no evidence yet, start low — 30 to 50% — and see whether the arrangement still makes sense. Then ask any agency you are speaking to for the figure they would commit to for your account, with the dashboard evidence behind it, and put that number in instead.
