What full management actually covers
The three blocks above are the headline. What they mean day to day is more specific, and worth spelling out — partly because “full management” is used by agencies to mean anything from a shared inbox to a full operations team, and the word alone tells you nothing.
The inbox
Chat is the largest revenue line on almost every account, so it gets the most structure. Your inbox is covered around the clock by chatters who have been onboarded on your account specifically: what you sell, what you don’t, how you write, which subjects are off limits. New fans get a real conversation rather than a script. Existing fans are segmented by what they have actually bought, so a first-week subscriber and someone who has spent four figures are not sent the same message at the same price. Handovers between shifts are written down, because the relationship is the product and a lost thread is lost money.
What we watch weekly: response time, buy rate by segment, revenue per sending fan, and how many conversations went quiet. That last one is the number most accounts never look at and the one that predicts a bad month.
Growth
Traffic and retention are different skills and we plan them separately. On the traffic side: a posting calendar across the free platforms you already use, promo pushes timed around content you are actually shooting, and tracking by source so we can tell which channel brings fans who spend rather than fans who scroll. On the retention side: pricing, the shape of the first week after someone subscribes, and the reasons people churn.
We do not promise a traffic channel we cannot run. If your audience is on a platform we would be guessing about, we say so on the call rather than after the contract.
Money and reporting
You keep the payout account. Money goes from the platform to you directly, and our share is invoiced afterwards — we never sit between you and your income. Once a week you get one report: revenue by source, what changed, what we tried, what we are trying next. No dashboard you have to learn, and no metric that looks impressive without meaning anything.
What we do not do
An honest scope is more useful than a long one. These are the things we are asked for and decline, so nobody finds out after signing.
We do not take your accounts
Logins, payout details and content stay yours. We work inside your accounts with the access you grant and can revoke, and there is no clause anywhere that changes that.
We do not run live or cam shifts
Some creators build their business on live work. That is a different operation with different staffing, and we would be worse at it than the people who specialise in it.
We do not buy fake engagement
No bought followers, no bot traffic, no engagement pods. It inflates a screenshot and does nothing for revenue, and platforms increasingly notice.
We do not lock you in
No minimum term, no upfront fee, no exit penalty. If the numbers stop making sense you give notice and we hand everything back documented.
What the commission buys
Management is charged as a share of revenue, which means the arrangement only works if the account grows. The rate depends on scope — chat-only sits well below full management — and it is agreed in writing before anything starts. What matters more than the percentage is the break-even: an agency has to grow revenue by at least the commission divided by one hundred minus the commission simply to leave you where you were.
You can run that math on your own numbers in a few seconds with the commission calculator, and the full explanation of how splits work is in how agency commission works (and what is fair). If you are still deciding whether to work with anyone at all, how to vet an agency is the checklist we would want a creator to hold us to.
Who this fits
The accounts we do best with have two things: content that already exists in some volume, and a person who wants to stay the creator rather than become an operations manager. Revenue level matters far less than that — we work with creators who are just starting and with accounts already running five figures a month, and the work is the same shape at both ends, just at different scale.
It fits badly when someone wants a guarantee before anyone has looked at their account, when the expectation is that management replaces posting entirely, or when there is no content pipeline at all. In those cases we say no on the call, which is cheaper for both sides than saying yes.
Common questions
What does an OnlyFans management agency actually do?
The operational half of the business: covering the inbox around the clock, planning and promoting content, setting prices, handling takedowns, and reporting on what worked. The creative half — what gets shot and who you are to your audience — stays with the creator.
Do you get access to my account and my money?
You keep the payout account and the platform pays you directly; our share is invoiced afterwards. We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke at any time. Logins, content and audience remain yours.
How much does management cost?
It is a share of revenue rather than a fee, so it scales with the account and costs nothing in a month with no income. The rate depends on scope — chat-only is well below full management — and is agreed in writing before anything starts.
Is there a minimum contract or notice period?
No minimum term and no upfront fee. There is a notice period so nothing is dropped mid-week, and at the end we hand over scripts, calendars and reporting documented rather than walking away with them.
Do I have to change what I post?
Not the substance of it. We will have opinions on pricing, sequencing and what gets sent to whom, and we will say when something is not converting — but the content and the boundaries around it are yours to set.
Which platforms do you manage besides OnlyFans?
Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, ManyVids, MYM, FanCentro, JustForFans, SextPanther and Patreon, all under the same agreement rather than a separate fee per platform. Each has its own page explaining how we run it.
