Do the math before the call
The most useful preparation takes ten minutes: run your numbers through the commission calculator — it shows exactly how much growth a commission needs to generate before you earn a single extra dollar, which is the bar any agency, including us, has to clear. If the math says do not hire an agency, believe the math. We built the tool to say that out loud.
