Marketing manager: you own the top of the funnel

Every subscriber starts somewhere — a Reddit post, a TikTok, a tweet. You own that somewhere. This is hands-on growth work for real creator accounts, where the scoreboard is subscribers gained per source, not impressions.

The role, honestly

You plan and run the promo calendars for our creators across Reddit, TikTok, Instagram and X: what gets posted where, when, with which hook — tuned to each creator's niche and each platform's rules.

Platform discipline is half the job: promoting adult-adjacent content without burning accounts requires knowing every platform's lines and staying inside them. Burned accounts cost more than slow growth.

A day in the role

1

Daily

Publish and schedule the day's promo across accounts, engage where engagement drives reach (especially Reddit communities), and watch what is moving — doubling down on hooks that work while they are hot.

2

Weekly

Review growth by source per creator: which subreddits, which content styles, which platforms actually converted into subscribers. Kill what does not convert. Report it honestly.

3

Ongoing

Track platform rule changes and trends, build repeatable promo playbooks per niche, and coordinate with the chat team so promo spikes are staffed when the traffic lands.

How you fit in the team

You work directly with the founders and the backend manager. Promo strategy is yours to propose and run; the numbers decide the arguments.

Compensation

Compensation is a fixed base with performance upside tied to measurable growth. Specifics depend on experience and are discussed openly in the interview.

Where this goes

As the roster grows, this seat becomes head of growth: more accounts, budget decisions on the channels that open up to this industry, and a team when the workload justifies one.
