Chatter: remote, shift-based, the engine of the business
The job is not answering DMs. It is running a relationship and a sales funnel at the same time, in someone else's voice, with real money on the line every shift. Around 74% of the revenue on our managed accounts is earned in the DMs — chatters are the engine of this agency.
The role, honestly
You reply to fan messages in the creator's documented voice, send and price PPV content, negotiate customs, and keep the conversation going with the fans most likely to spend — without ever breaking character or crossing the creator's documented boundaries.
You work from a persona doc that tells you who the creator is, how she talks, and what is off-limits. Following it is not optional: boundary discipline is the one thing we never compromise on.
A day in the role
Start of shift
Read the hand-off notes from the previous chatter: who is active, who bought, which conversations are warm, what was promised. You pick up threads mid-relationship — continuity is the product.
During the shift
Work the inbox and the outreach list in parallel: reply fast to active fans, re-open conversations with recent spenders, and time PPV sends to the conversation, not to a schedule. Speed matters — slow replies are lost revenue.
End of shift
Write your own structured hand-off: what happened, what is pending, who to watch. Two minutes of good notes is the difference between a team and a mess.
Shifts and coverage
Our accounts are covered around the clock, so shifts exist across all time zones — including nights and weekends, which are often the highest-revenue windows. You tell us your time zone and availability in the application; we build schedules around real availability, not wishful thinking.
Compensation
Compensation is part fixed, part performance-based — chatters share in the revenue of their shifts, so good selling pays. Exact numbers depend on experience and shift coverage and are discussed openly in the interview, before you commit to anything.
Where this goes
Chatting is where the operational side of this industry is learned. Chatters who prove reliable and consistently strong on quality reviews are the first people we consider when team-lead and quality-review responsibilities open up as the roster grows.
Who we hire
- Excellent written English (B2 minimum; native-level flow is a real advantage)
- A second language is a plus — parts of our audience chat in Spanish and German
- Sales instinct with patience: this is relationship selling, not spam blasts
- Reliability over enthusiasm — shifts happen on time or the whole system breaks
- Discretion, and total respect for documented creator boundaries
